Leake Associates specializes in providing consulting engineering and design services to local architects, residential designers, homebuilders and homeowners. Every day, we provide our clients with clear, concise, high quality drawings, that provide economical and practical solutions for their building and remodeling projects. Our drawings are created with state of the art computer technology, and incorporate our years of experience designing, engineering, and constructing residential structures in the Research Triangle Region.

We provide several types of inspection services, that vary with type of client and client requirements. We provide support during construction by performing inspections to resolve Code Enforcement issues, and to resolve Field Changes on Engineered Plans. We also perform inspections of Homes during Real Estate transactions, to examine structural issues that are noted by Home Inspectors.

We are often asked to provide Engineering for plans purchased from Architects and Designers that practice outside of the Research Triangle Area, who are not familiar with local building standards and Code requirements. These plans require the review of a Design Professional that is experienced in local building practices and municipal review requirements.

In addition to providing plan review services, we can customize plans purchased from national Architects and Designers, to meet your requirements and ensure compliance with state and local codes, local construction practices and builder preferences. Learn more.
