Dan Alexander, Artist/Blacksmith. The Leaning Barn design principal is representative of modern blacksmithing, which showcases various styles from old world to contemporary. Dan Alexander strives to work with the customer’s designs and ideas in order to produce unique and creative pieces of iron work. While utilizing different materials, such as steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and brass, Dan is able to capture and generate multiple designs according to each client’s needs and differing tastes. As a master blacksmith and fabricator, Dan uses a variety of tools and methods, ranging from a hammer and anvil, to a state of the art computerized cutting system.
