Cathy Ach is the President and founder of Learning Paradigms, Incorporated She has unique expertise in the collaborative design and facilitation of strategy formulation, goal alignment, leadership development and executive coaching for mid- and senior-level executives. After more than fifteen years with BancBoston, Andersen Consulting and Baxter International, Ms. Ach established her own independent consulting practice under the name Learning Paradigms, Incorporated (LPI) in May of 2000.
