Karen has worked in the Learning & Skills Sector for over 15 years working with leading FE and Specialist Colleges to develop their HR Strategies. Her background in industry includes 10 years in the event and leisure sector where she organised, managed and resourced major outdoor events. As Group Director – Human Resources & Organisational Development for the Activate Learning Group her remit includes responsibilities for all aspects of corporate and strategic HR matters and leads on Organisational Development across the group.

Raymond Zhu has 10 years of experience in the learning function, management and instructional deign. He has provided learning solutions for more than 20 corporations in a diverse range of businesses and industries in China. With a strong background of Six Sigma and Cognitive Psychology, he has assisted enterprises and universities in understanding the Learning Path methodology and designing effective learning solutions which closely relate to business strategies.

Kari has more than 10 years of human resources consulting and management training experience in several industries, including non-profit, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, retail, professional services, education and municipalities. She builds customized HR programs and provides training solutions in the areas of performance management, leadership development, communication and human resources compliance. Kari also provides keynote addresses, breakout sessions and webinars for human resources associations and industry-based organizations.

Finally, we provide ongoing consulting and support services to ensure that project leaders are successful, including help with document and knowledge management, technology integration, instructional design and development of training and tools.

Suvendu heads Locai India, currently working with over 60 clients in variety of industries in change management, leadership development and succession planning. With over 23 years corporate experience, Suvendu has held senior positions with Hewitt Associates, Xansa (now Steria India Ltd.), Airtel and Samtel Group, is a Research Fellow with India’s Management Development Institute (Gurgaon), and a visiting Professor at India`s leading management schools. Suvendu is co-author of `Building Business Capability: Perform or Perish', a book on innovative HR practices published in 2004.
