One of the Mid-Columbia’s Longest Standing, Premier Law Firms, Leavy, Schultz, Davis, Clare & Ruff, P.S. was founded in 1947. The firm was founded by James Leavy who was assigned by the Department of Justice to condemn the Hanford Project during World War II. He stayed in the area to found the law firm in 1947. Since that time the firm has grown to one of the largest firms in south eastern Washington. The firm is dedicated to providing cost-effective solutions to complex legal problems.

Bill has been married to Barbara Davis for over 39 years. Together they raised five children that have each graduated from Pasco High School. Bill is a licensed private pilot and enjoys outdoor sports of water-skiing, snow skiing, hunting, fishing and hiking.
