Led Gardner acted as our Realtor for the purchase of a house in Vail in February 2010. Led was recommended to us because of his experience with the Vail property market. We were purchasing the house partially as an investment, so getting a good deal was very important. Led really understood our personal wants and investment needs, and showed us a number of houses that fitted all of our requirements. He quickly got to know what both me and my wife liked and disliked, and was very good at finding appropriate properties. Once we found the right house, Led negotiated a very good discount with the seller, without which the property would have fallen outside of our price range. He then worked with a number of inspectors who found some minor issues, and thereafter negotiated an escrow fund to pay for repairs post-close. Even well after the sale had closed, Led continued to assist us with organizing the repair work. He also recommended builders for some remodeling work that we will be undertaking soon. Led has helped us make Vail a home, even taking the time to ski with me on several occasions last season. His insight into the Vail market was, and continues to be, invaluable and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
