Lee Development Group is a family-owned business specializing for over 80 years in real estate development and management. We have office, retail and warehouse/flex available in Silver Spring, Aspen Hill, Kensington and Mount Airy, Maryland. Our newest project will be the redevelopment of the BAE/Vitro property in Aspen Hill.

At Lee Development Group, taking care of customers isn't a concept, it's a tradition learned from generation to generation. We know that our family business depends on how we treat you today. Bruce is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Maryland, accredited Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners Managers Institute International and has many years of experience in development, construction, property management, financing, leasing, sales and other aspects of commercial real estate in Montgomery, Frederick and Howard Counties. He is presently staking out future development opportunities and continuing the company's high profile in the community.
