The Principals of Legaci Pictures Josh Lawler (President) Josh graduated with both a B.A and B.S. from Duke University, and then graduated with honors from Northwestern University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Josh went on to work as a corporate attorney in the Los Angeles office of the international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meaghar & Flom LLP, named one of the top 10 most prestigious law firms in the country by the Insider’s Guide to Law Firms, and considered by many to be the most successful and powerful law firm in the world. At Skadden, Josh worked on varied high-stakes matters, such as a $100 million high yield note deal to finance the expansion of the Hard Rock Hotel, and on Initial Public Offerings for leading investment banking firm Merrill Lynch & Co, Incorporated More recently, Josh was the primary producer on Legaci Picture’s first production . At Legaci Pictures, Josh focuses on financing, production, and the management of the day-to-day operations of the company. Josh is also a partner in the entertainment law firm Zuber & Taillieu LLP .
