Matt is a shareholder at Fiscus & Ball, P.C. and focuses his practice on the following areas of law: residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial, business and corporate law, acquisitions, banking laws, oil, gas, & mineral rights, estate planning & administration and general civil litigation. With over 15 years of legal experience, Matt has extensive experience in a wide variety of legal matters.

Mrs. Goldston was a partner at the law firm of Baskin, Flaherty, Elliot & Mannino, P.C. and its predecessors for over 20 years during which time she was a member of the Board of Directors and chaired the Corporate, Estate and Tax Department. Prior to joining McGuire Woods as a partner in 2000, Mrs. Goldston spent 1988 through 2000 as the founding partner and President of Wittlin, Goldston & Caputo, P.C. Mrs. Goldston became of counsel to Leger & Ball, P.C. in October 2005, and Fiscus & Ball, P.C. in January 2012.

Mrs. Goldston serves of counsel at Fiscus & Ball, P.C. and has over 45 years of experience in liquor control and licensing matters, corporate law, estate planning and administration. Mrs. Goldston represents a variety of business clients on an on-going basis, handling all corporate matters. She also handles liquor control and licensing matters for a significant number of clients in the restaurant and hotel business. She is also very active in the estate administration and planning practices of the firm as well as in complex estate litigation.

Bill is a shareholder at Fiscus & Ball, P.C. and concentrates his practice in the areas of residential and commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, business and corporate law, oil, gas and mineral rights, and estates and trusts. He has over 25 years of experience in representing small to midsize businesses, banks, developers and closely held companies, including numerous commercial real estate and shopping center interests.
