ALL Holding Company, Inc. is the jointly owned entity of the merger of two historic companies (Alderfer, Inc. and Leidy's, Inc). The Alderfer brand of products specializes in naturally wood smoked pork, beef and turkey products and has been in the marketplace for over 87 years. The Leidy's brand of products which has been in existence for over 115 years, is well known for its high quality, fresh and smoked pork products.

As an example, at all of our facilities no product is shipped unless it meets all of our processing standards, which include cooking temperatures, storage temperatures, and product audits. We also have strict rules for every department within our facilities regarding temperatures, processing procedures, and handling procedures. We go above and beyond what is legally required to ensure that our product meets the highest quality standards. Temperature is only one part of our Quality Assurance Program, but it is one very crucial part and we give it great, detailed attention.
