About Leitch Insurance Agency The Leitch Insurance Agency was founded in River Falls in 1983, though it’s history reaches back generations in River Falls and Mercer Wisconsin.The current agency in River Falls was preceded by another family-owned agency in northern Wisconsin. Insurance has been a focus of the Leitch family for 3 generations.In 1987, we purchased the Kolasinski Agency, a fixture in River Falls since 1927. This provided a greater company selection and the ability to serve a broader client base as the Leitch-Kolasinski Agency. Though our name has shortened again to the Leitch Insurance Agency, Inc., we value the deep roots these changes have provided.
