Tim Lemacks, President/Owner: In 1972, Tim began his involvement in pre-engineered steel building and general construction work as part of a concrete crew. During his early career, he gained valuable experience in estimating, purchasing and project management, as well as serving as a sales representative for a pre-engineered steel building manufacturer. In 1979, he joined a local contracting firm as salesman, and later became part owner of the company. In 1988, he and a partner formed Dinette, Inc., a regional design/build construction firm, which remained in business until the company was legally dissolved in early 2000. On April 11, 2000, Tim Lemacks created Lemacks Construction, Inc.
