Lee Dicker is Managing Partner of Leonard, Dicker & Schreiber LLP. Having practiced law for more than 40 years, his diverse practice includes both transactional and litigation work. Lee is one of the firm's primary business transactions lawyers. He has extensive experience in the creation, sale, and operation of a variety of businesses, and has spearheaded the negotiation and finalization of numerous real estate, partnership, LLC and professional corporation transactions. Lee also concentrates in the litigation of contract, fraud, business tort, and probate matters.

Jim Schreiber’s practice includes the representation of talent, including writers, directors, actors and producers, as well as talent agencies, production companies and sales agents, in the negotiation and documentation of agreements for both live action and animated motion pictures, television, direct to DVD and related productions. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of production, distribution and financing agreements relating to motion picture production and motion picture acquisition both within the United States and internationally.

Gunther Schiff maintains a general civil practice, specializing in the entertainment business. He has represented a group of producers in collective bargaining negotiations and has represented production companies, and producers as well as individual artists in negotiating contracts. He has also represented a wide variety of clients in various civil matters. In addition to his other practice, Gunther has acted as an arbitrator for both the Superior Court and the Court of Appeals.
