Mr. Black joined Virginkar & Associates, Inc. (VAI) in 1998 and has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry with emphasis on procurement and maintenance of rail vehicle equipment. As a Vice President with VAI, Mr. Black is responsible for company's commuter rail rolling stock and operations & maintenance work project management and business development. As a former Commuter Railroad Assistant Chief Mechanical Officer, he was responsible for the design, delivery, testing and maintenance of commuter railcars, locomotives and DMUs.

Our senior staff consists of highly-trained individuals with years of experience in the transit and railroad industries. These individuals retain a hands-on approach and are involved in every aspect of a project from start to finish. Mr. Sparks joined Virginkar & Associates, Inc. (VAI) in 2012 and has over 35 years of experience in general operations management, manufacturing management, project management, project management oversight, and financial analysis. As a Senior Project Manager with VAI, Mr. Sparks is responsible for company's Light Rail Vehicle and Heavy Rail Vehicle work project management and business development. Prior to joining VAI, Mr.

Mr. Schlosser joined Virginkar & Associates, Inc. (VAI) in 2007 and brings with him over 35 years of experience in International Marketing, Account Management, Contract and Pricing Negotiations in the Telecommunications and Mass Transit industries. As a Vice President with VAI, he is responsible for company's Systems area (Fare Collection, Signaling, Traction Power, Communications, and SCADA) work project management and business development.
