Rob is founder and lead developer at Irongaze Consulting, a web development and technology consultancy that has helped small businesses and start-ups harness technology to enhance the world we live in. In working with Lexercise, he brings 15 years of experience in building usable software to the challenges of online education. Rob's time at Irongaze has seen him working with clients to help factories become more sustainable and energy efficient, build tools for local farmers and landscapers, and work to preserve and enhance ecologically valuable land throughout North Carolina.

Sandie Barrie Blackley, MA/CCC Sandie is a speech-language pathologist with more than 30 years of experience in the private practice sector. She is Visiting Assistant Professor of Communication Sciences & Disorders at University of North Carolina Greensboro, and founder/owner of the Language & Learning Clinic, PLLC, a private practice in Elkin, NC, and Greensboro, NC, specializing in communication disorders, including disorders of reading and written language.

Amy graduated from Penn State University with a degree in early childhood development. She went on to the University of Pittsburgh to earn her Master's Degree in Education and her certification as a school administrator, as well as director of curriculum and instruction. She is trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach. Amy has worked with early intervention programs, public and private schools, universities and adult therapeutic centers, and she moved to South Carolina 7 years age to work as an elementary school administrator.

With a teaching career in public, private, and parochial schools spanning twenty years, Angele has experience working with students from ages 4 through 11 with various abilities. Utilizing knowledge gained from programs such as Lindamood-Bell Talkies and Wilson Reading System helps to ensure that her students have the tools to be successful in reading and writing.
