Lexington is a full-service window, door and structural millwork component parts supplier, providing a wide variety of value-added machining and fabrication services to meet specific customer needs. Our machining/fabrication capabilities include multi-spindle drilling, mortising, routing, tenoning, planing, shaping and cutting. While many of these machining/fabrication processes are CNC-based, each process incorporates statistical process control to assure that every component part we manufacture meets customer specifications.

A. Yes. We manufacture a considerable number of component parts for customers that are FSC® certified. For example, any and all component parts manufactured from our exclusive Timberstrand® material are FSC® certified and available to customers at no additional cost. As a manufacturer, if you can use FSC® certified component parts at no cost premium to you, you immediately add value to your products. This is a unique advantage with Lexington.

We have extensive experience in designing and manufacturing a broad range of precision components within these industries, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Lexington is a lean manufacturing company offering a variety of programs designed to help our customers eliminate inefficiency and waste throughout their supply chain. Our customers have the ability to eliminate supply chain waste by leveraging our manufacturing and design expertise, our lean capabilities, and the supply programs we offer such as JIT, VMI, Continuous Flow and our popular Shopping Cart Program.
