We started our executive housing company in 1997 with the intention of providing visitors to Lexington with a better lodging experience than they were currently enjoying. Coming from a highly competitive background, our goal from the outset was to become the leading provider of upscale, high quality lodging in Lexington. We believe that the additional benefits of an upscale furnished apartment over hotel accommodations, combined with a team dedicated to providing the best guest service in Lexington, is the key to our success.Since becoming Lexington’s ONLY locally owned and operated executive housing company, we continue to focus on helping families transition to a new city. We’ve managed to grow the company mainly by listening to our guests/customers and continually improving our product based on their input. That feedback has led to numerous features that we’ve added over the years to our corporate apartments to further enhance our guest’s lodging experience with us. The first “innovation” created via guest feedback was our famous “ GUIDE TO LEXINGTON ” that is in every apartment. We recognized that the majority of our guests staying with us were new to the city and that they would often call us requesting basic information on Lexington (restaurants, school districts, things to do, etc.). Eventually, we created the Guide to help families staying with us in their transition to a new city. Another recent feature that we’ve incorporated into our furnished apartments was adding a second TV to all of our 2/3 bedroom apartments for our guest’s benefit. We recognize the need for families, or individuals sharing an apartment, to be able to watch one program while other people may be using the second TV for their own entertainment. All of our corporate apartments have dual DVD/CD players in the unit, too.Last year we began upgrading the majority of our fully furnished apartments with TempurPedic beds to enhance our guests’ sleeping experience.
