Lexis Florist is located in Houston, Texas. We are a real florist offering personalized service and beautiful fresh floral arrangements fully designed and hand delivered. Our flowers and roses are delivered fully arranged. Floral designs are fully assembled as shown in photos. No boxed flowers or roses dumped on a porch like some on line "florists". We are a REAL local Houston florist operating a full service Galleria flower shop delivering in the Greater Houston area.

In the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Lexis Florist, inc. one of the assets which would generally be transferred to the purchasing or new entity is the information we collect from our customers and store in our customer database. However, the use of this information by any purchasing or surviving entity would be governed by the terms of this Policy, as amended from time to time, including any amendment after such transaction.
