For the last 49 years the mission of the Trading Post has been to become your friendly helpful hardware store of choice. With the opening of our first store in Rock Hill over 49 years ago as a small supermarket, we have grown to three huge hardware, homecenters that everyone has grown to depend on and love. We have grown and been successful on the premise that our knowledgeable and courteous staff always strives to give you the absolute best customer service possible. They get you in and out quickly so you can get right back to the project you were working on. We have always been known for having a tremendous inventory including those odd things you can't find any other place. Being a member of the Ace Hardware corporation we are able to stock the products you need at a competitive price. With over 5,000 stores in 62 countries we have the buying power, support and knowledge of a national chain behind us. If we don't have an item we can usually get it for you within a few days. We also have had a "flea market alley" for over thirty years, bringing you closeouts and discounted prices on standard and often unique items.

In our attempts to stay competitive and offer our customers the best service and value, the Trading Post is a member of the Ace Hardware Cooperative. The Trading Post is known for its full lines of Plumbing, Electrical, Housewares and all your hardware needs. We also have a Toy department, Sporting Goods, Outdoor Living, Lawn Furniture, BBQ's and much, much, more. We cary paints and stains in a variety of brands. Our associates can suggest many items and are specialists in their fields. We are willing to give "how-to" advice. If you don't see it, ask. We usually can get it for you in a few days. We do special orders. Trading Post has always had a great reputation for bringing in merchandise that can't be found anywhere else. For 40 years our Flea Market Alley has been featuring bankruptcy merchandise, manufacturers closeouts and discontinued items, all of which we sell below wholesale prices.
