Lidstone and Associates, Incorporated (LA) is an environmental, geologic and engineering consulting firm providing a full range of engineering, geologic and geomorphic services relating to water resources development and planning, environmental permitting, water supply, distribution and treatment, mine reclamation, mine permitting, hydrology and hydrogeology. We have offices in Fort Collins Colorado and Riverton Wyoming yet our work sphere spans across the United States and internationally. LA can provide services ranging from field data collection to final design and construction administration. We have a proven track record with local, state and federal agencies, and numerous private clients. LA has extensive, specialized, experience in geology, geomorphology, hydrogeology, hydrology, hydraulic analysis and modeling, design of hydraulic structures, floodplain mapping, sediment transport analysis, and mathematical modeling. Staff members have applied their expertise in these disciplines to a diverse range of projects including mine reclamation, environmental restoration, mine permitting, flood control, water supply development, erosion and sedimentation control, channel stability and reclamation, water quality investigations, and environmental impact assessment and mitigation projects. The staff has extensive experience conducting field surveys in support of these studies including the establishment of survey control, topographic data collection and hydrographic surveys and ground water investigations. The senior staff are specialist engineers and scientists. They are registered professional engineers and geologists with extensive experience, and all have advanced degrees in their fields. They are supported by well trained, competent and dedicated engineers and scientists. The professional staff is backed up by technical support personnel including office administrators, CADD operators and draftsmen.
