Life Data Labs became an ISO 9001 certified company in 2000. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) was established in 1947 and is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. The ISO organization promotes the development of standardization and related world activities to facilitate the international exchange of goods and services. This kind of certification is recognized worldwide as a mark of excellence. Life Data Labs is one of the first feed supplement manufacturers of its kind to attain the certification and joins only 10 percent of U.S. manufacturing operations that have registered their Quality Management System to ISO 9001: 2008.

Life Data Labs, Inc. maintains high standards in the design and manufacture of its products. Life Data Labs does not outsource production, standing firm to the principle that supplements manufactured within the company’s facility allows superior quality control. Proper design of the manufacturing facility can prevent cross contamination of ingredients, and result in a higher quality product. A supplement in which the manufacturing is outsourced has a greater risk of contamination, and is of particular concern in feed mills that process feeds containing animal derived ingredients or cattle feeds. Cattle feeds often contain chemicals toxic to horses.

Life Data Labs, Inc. was established in 1978 with the purpose of determining equine nutritional deficiencies by performing laboratory tests.
