Minimum Order Due to high cost of material, labor and handling, our minimum order charge is $50.00 (if you order a part for $15.00, you will be charged an additional $35.00 handling charge.) Returns Returns must be made within 15 days, and you must have an issued RGA from us. If it is our mistake, there will be no charge to you. If you ordered the wrong part, you will be charged a 20% restock fee, plus any additional shipping. If you discover that you ordered the wrong part or we sent the wrong part call 1.800.778.7623 for an RGA number, please include this number on the outside of the box and include any packaging slips for faster service. Shipping All products are shipped to you FOB our factory. You will be charged for shipping costs and COD charges if any. We normally ship UPS ground, unless you request overnight or 2nd day air. For overnight or 2nd day, please try to have your PO into us before 2:00 p.m. Central standard time to give us enough time to get your order processed. Damage due to shipping Please inspect your package right away. If you receive damaged product, you need to fill out a claim with UPS or other carrier. When you aren ’t sure, sign damaged. We can help you fill out the claim, give us a call. Partial shipments All orders are shipped in full unless you request a partial shipment. All prices are subject to change. Although we will try to keep our prices down, sometimes it is impossible for us to hold our prices when material costs increase. Thank you for your understanding. Payment terms For our qualifying customers, our terms are NET 30 days. We take credit card payment and can ship COD. You are responsible for filling out the proper forms to receive an open account.
