Matthew has been in the lighting services industry since 1995 with many years of experience in the lighting and electrical maintenance field as a technician and apprentice electrician. During his time at LMS, Matthew has supervised numerous re-lamp and retrofit projects, installation of exterior pole lighting, and many other lighting projects for some of our largest customers. He is also experienced in troubleshooting and repairing all types of lighting and electrical systems.

LMS has been helping building owners and managers control costs, improve lighting systems and reduce their impact on the environment for over 30 years.

LMS has over 30 years of experience in retrofitting existing lighting systems to help customers save on both electrical and maintenance costs.

Utilities frequently offer incentives to help encourage upgrades and/or retrofit resulting in significant energy savings. LMS provides services for our customers to take advantage of these incentives. These services include lighting audits that meet utility specifications, completing utility required paperwork and helping to facilitate utility site inspections when required.

Yes. LMS has helped many of our customers manage utility incentive programs so they can take full advantage of the program. In many cases we will do almost all of the reporting and paperwork for our customer.
