The firm of LM&C was founded in 1991 with a goal of providing high quality, cost-effective legal services to clients in the Tri-State area. The firm’s main practice areas are (1) commercial transactional work, and civil and commercial litigation specializing in creditors' rights, such as commercial loan workouts, bankruptcy, collections and real estate foreclosures, and (2) elder law and senior's rights, including consumer protection litigation and annuities fraud. LM&C has also developed a proven expertise in disputes involving medical and other professional practice breakups; consumer protection law; professional malpractice matters (including attorney malpractice); real estate and zoning matters; and general corporate matters including business formation, termination and dissolution, business funding arrangements, labor relations and transactional matters. Clients include national and local businesses, financial institutions, professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals. The firm currently consists of three attorneys from diverse backgrounds, paralegals and other support staff. (A representative client list is available upon request).
