Chicago Gourmet Steaks was founded in 1985 as a division of Lincoln Provision, Inc. We specialize in center of the plate, custom processed, portioned beef products. All of our steaks are hand cut by our skilled butchers, providing you with a consistent, high quality product. We have state of the art equipment to ensure long-lasting shelf life.

Lincoln Provision, Inc. is a full service meat processing company. We process only the highest quality grain fed cattle from the Midwest. Our master butchers are held to the highest standard in producing a wide variety of Beef products from "farm to fork." We excel in further processing and custom trimmed products.
