Image processing using standard available computer software is now widely applied to tasks such as restoring old photographs. However, in some cases, there is an "art to the science" of applying such tools. And in some cases, new software tools (or new combinations of existing tools) may need to be created for applications such as enhancing the visibility of a subtle tumor in a CT or MR medical image. And for some applications, the challenge is to create a new image, either to serve a scientific purpose or to provide some artistic or entertainment value. For any of these cases, consider contacting me to assist in solving your image processing needs. I have a good collection of professional image processing and image analysis software tools, and the years of experience and the software development tools that might be required to solve a new kind of image processing challenge. Here is a simple example of image processing software. It is a morphing applet that I wrote in Java. To run it, your browser must support Java, as most do.
