The Firm has handled will contests and a significant amount of divorce law. In the area of divorce law, the Firm has the ability to negotiate a settlement that takes into account the tax effects, given the individual situation of the client. The Firm has experience in drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders in those divorce cases involving a division of retirement or profit sharing benefits and in the preparation of simple to complex agreements between the parties.

Susan and David have practiced together since 1981. They have similiar concepts of what is important in their practice. They both believe in providing quality legal services at affordable and competitive prices. When you call, either one of them, or staff, may answer the phone. The Firm concentrates on "personal" service, and to this end, all calls are returned promptly by both attorneys.
