Our veterinary team is here to assist you and your beloved pet during your appointment. Our veterinary assistants will take a history and gather some data for the doctor. Then a veterinarian, a registered veterinary technician and the veterinary assistant will join you in the room to make the process as smooth as possible. As the assistant holds your pet, the veterinarian will perform a total physical exam from nose to toes, answer questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. The technician documents the doctor’s findings in our medical records, performs any necessary blood draws and provides other requested services such as nail trims, ear cleanings, etc. Our entire staff works to provide you with further educational information and is always ready to answer routine wellness and care questions. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
