The establishment of Linx Partners brought together the Founders—Barbara M. Henagan and Peter J. Hicks—who have worked together professionally for over 30 years and subsequently Senior Professionals Giny E. Mullins, Melissa H. Nims and Mark R. Niznik. Our team has extensive private equity, investment banking and operational experience in the lower middle-market sector. While each team member has clear strengths, every member is involved in deal origination, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and realizations.

ADS Logistics, headquartered in Chesterton, Indiana, is a provider of logistics and transportation services for the metals industry in North America, supporting customers from end-to-end by connecting the mills and processors with manufacturers. The Company combines physical resources (e.g., trucks, warehouses, containers and specialized material handling equipment) to manage the delivery of high value metals through complex networks for customers in the automotive, beverage, infrastructure, office furniture and appliance industries.

The Linx Partners' portfolio consists of niche companies in the lower middle-market industrial space operating within larger macroeconomic trends. Each business has a recognized position in its industry and a strong commitment to customer service. Further, each company shows strong executable growth potential and can benefit from the strategic, operational and financial skills of the Linx team. The current portfolio consists of companies operating in the hazardous materials hauling, metals distribution and logistics, window manufacturing and heavy equipment distribution industries.

Linx Partners, LLC announced the acquisition of Reconstruction Experts, Inc., ("REI") a Denver-based company which provides a full range of specialized property services to homeowners associations (HOA) and other customers in occupied space environments through its eight locations in Colorado, Texas and California. REI will be the first portfolio company investment for the firm's third fund, Linx Partners III, L.P.

Mr. Dowd currently serves as Chairman of Future Pipe Industries (Americas), Inc., and as a director of the parent company, Future Pipe Industries, Ltd. in Dubai, UAE, a global manufacturer of highly engineered fiberglass pipe systems. As of December 31st, 2013, he resigned as a director of Hostess Brands, Inc., where he had served on the board post-petition to assist in the restructuring of the company. Mr. Dowd served on numerous private and public company boards for Charter Oak, where he was generally the Lead Director.
