In order to continue the tradition and elevate our company to an even higher level, I am pleased to announce that we are consolidating business units under one legal entity.

We are pleased to announce a very exciting development relative to the Lista organization and our valued Lista customers. Today we are announcing our merger with of one of the most respected tool and storage manufacturers in the industry – Stanley Black and Decker. Their Stanley Vidmar division, like Lista, is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of a wide range of storage products.

Lista is dedicated to providing the exact, customized solution that you require. Many of our products are available in non-standard sizes through our Variable Dimensions program. Founded in Switzerland in 1945, Lista originally manufactured a wide variety of metal products. During the 1950s, the company began focusing on producing modular storage systems . Today, Lista products manufactured in Holliston are made in the USA with global materials, and products from our Burlington, Ontario facility are made in Canada. We are ISO 9001 certified, and employ more than 250 people in our 225,000 square foot Holliston factory.
