Litel Instruments is a privately held company headquartered in San Diego, California. Litel is considered the industry standard for stepper and scanner tool characterization, identifying opportunities for our customers to improve yield, reduce costs, and provide data required for on wafer process simulation and OPC design and verification. Litel has been highly successful in R&D and manufacturing due to our products extensive analysis capability, shortened overhead time, and compatibility with existing manufacturing processes.
