When we started LiveOps more than four years ago, we set out to reinvent teleservices and establish a whole new level of service, scale and quality for our customers.The challenges and skeptics were many. Critics scoffed at our dream of creating a successful home agent teleservices company. They said we'd never find quality agents, that the technology wouldn't work, that there would be background noise, and that we wouldn't be able to offer both better sales conversions and a competitive price to our customers. Hundreds of customers and billions of dollars in transactions later, we're proud to be proving the critics wrong.One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is meeting with our customers.
