Live Oak-Gottesman, LLC provides real estate services including: brokerage, property and facility management, disposition and acquisition, tenant representation, accounting and development.

We understand relationships, retention and market knowledge are essential to the success of project leasing and we provide a unique marketing strategy and service tailored to each client's specific need. Founded in 1983, Live Oak was a privately held commercial real estate company with a reputation for integrity and creativity across a broad array of "Class A" projects, including office and retail properties in Central Texas and other regionally-based markets.

The Live Oak-Gottesman accounting staff includes seven employees including the CFO, Controller and two Senior Accountants with over 50 years of combined direct industry experience. The experience and longevity of our accountants (including two Certified Public Accountants) allow us to maintain a balanced segregation of duties and provide cross training opportunities to ensure project coverage at all times. Our primary goal is provide timely and accurate financial information to our clients.
