Vincent J. Meichtry started remodeling homes in 1975 with his father doing business as Martin & Sons Remodeling. He worked together under the guidance of a skilled craftsman for over 15 years in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and the Hollywood Hills remodeling high-end homes. I have been remodeling homes in Portland for over 20 years. I worked with my Dad for over 15 years in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and the Hollywood Hills, remodeling is in my blood. I have been remodeling homes in Portland since 1994.

On larger projects an architect is required to bring your vision and turn it into plans, which are necessary for permitting. At Living Green Remodeling, we work with the architects as they handle the design portion of the project, transforming the visions that clients have in their mind and turning them into designs on paper for all to see. Working with an architect gives us a clear direction and plan so that we can make your vision a reality. If our client doesn’t have an architect already, there are several firms Living Green Remodeling can recommend, but we’re always eager to collaborate with new firms as well.
