Jessie graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. She found going to school to be a healer a life altering experience. A portion of her training was spent at Swedish Medical Center- where she was able to focus more on the medical side of massage, working with clients who really challenged her everyday. The experience really expanded her horizons on massage. Jessie specializes in all aspects of massage, including sports injury, deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal, and myofascial release. She has notable experience with athletes, including pre/post event massage. Also those dealing with stress and anxiety. "I've always been one to help people and make them feel better mentally and physically. It's important to me to individualize every session to what the clients body needs. I feel very honored to care for the body and spirit for everyone I work on.

Amy has been practicing massage therapy since 2006. She graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2006 and has been teaching part time at that school since 2009. In addition to deep tissue and Swedish, she has been practicing Thai Massage since 2007, and recently completed her training in Ashiatsu (the therapist massages with her feet and full body weight while supporting herself from bars on the ceiling). Amy is very anatomy focused, and has worked with many athletes in Denver and Aspen. As a certified yoga instructor, Amy likes to incorporate more advanced yoga stretches into her Thai massages. Amy also has her 3rd level of training in Reiki. A Colorado native, Amy enjoys all outdoor active sports, the more physically demanding and challenging the better! She is passionate about fitness and nutrition, as they are the “self care” between massages, and allow one to live a long and healthy life. When not massaging, teaching, or playing outside, Amy enjoys time with her cats and dogs.

Jeannie is a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist who has dedicated her career to health and wellness. She has ten years of experience working with diverse clientele with the physical, emotional and spiritual and seeks to find the best possible approach for each individual. She draws on her ability to tailor each session with effective elements from massage techniques that include Swedish, deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Thai, Hot Stone, Pre and Post Natal and Reiki in surroundings that promote peace and calming. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Kaplan University and is currently attending Pacific College of Oriental Medicine to obtain a Master's degree in Chinese Medicine. She also continues to learn new massage techniques that will encourage the body's inherent ability to heal itself.
