Your primary role will be to support our customers’ use of LocaLoop’s cloud-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) application running the business and operational functions of our 4G fixed and mobile equipment. You will have a high degree of interaction with our synKro™ business and service delivery platform running in the Microsoft Azure cloud computing environment and will provide feedback from our customers to the development team, now working to enhance the next generation of 4G wireless broadband Internet networks and beyond.
