Loftin Homes is a family owned business located in Saline County, Arkansas. For more than 30 years, Loftin Homes has been building homes in the central Arkansas area. With more than 500 homes built to date, we're pretty easy to check out. We're one of only a handful of 20 year members of the Saline County Home Builders Association. Most area material suppliers are aquainted with us from past or present business relationships. Ask around and you'll find someone we've built a home for or someone we're doing business with. We've built starter homes, lakehouses, executive homes, underground homes, patio homes, basement houses and solar homes. Energytek Homes is not just a rubber stamped "energy efficiency" logo a builder can display for advertising purposes. Energytek Homes efficiency standards require a litany of tests and standards that each home must meet to be accepted into the program. The Energytek Homes program far exceeds the Arkansas Energy Code, International Building Code and Energy Star ® requirements. The standard Energytek Homes package can save you hundreds of dollars each month in utility costs, also an even higher energy standard and increased savings program may be available in a limited format in the Energytek Homes - Solar Plus program, (ask your salesperson if the Solar Plus program is available). This program utilizes all of the Energytek Homes conservation features plus many other upgrades including solar hot water heating. The Energytek Homes - Solar Plus program implements a manufacturers reporting participation schedule that allows you as a consumer to gain added value to your home. The Energytek Homes - Solar Plus program is not available in all neighborhoods, but where it is available it offers unsurpassed value for the homebuyer and requires very little on your part to meet the criteria to qualify as a participant.
