She has designed, specified and commissioned mechanical and electrical systems for a wide variety of building projects. Ms. Loftus has also served as project manager for the mechanical and electrical design efforts for industrial, institutional, municipal and commercial projects for over twelve years. She has extensive experience managing projects from the early stages of planning and estimating, to the design and bidding phases, through construction and commissioning. Ms. Loftus’ expertise is in heating, ventilating and air conditioning design, and in electrical power, lighting and telecommunications systems design for building projects. Ms. Loftus has specified and designed mechanical systems ranging from chiller and boiler plants, to chilled water, steam and heating water distribution systems, to HVAC systems for facilities such as manufacturing plant clean rooms, hospital surgery suites, transportation terminals, and commercial office buildings. Her past electrical projects include normal and essential power systems, lighting, fire alarm and telecom systems for health care, educational, commercial, and industrial facilities. He has designed and specified HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide range of building projects including K-12 education, higher education, health care, industrial, and religious building projects. Mr. Bradley has spent the majority of his career heavily involved in heating, ventilating and air conditioning design. In addition, he has significant experience designing and specifying various plumbing systems. Mr. Bradley’s experience covers a wide range of mechanical system types, including chilled water thermal storage systems, variable air volume, constant air volume and dual duct air systems, steam and hydronic heating systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chilled water systems and direct expansion cooling systems. He has also performed life cycle cost analysis comparisons of different systems, construction administration services and cost estimating for various projects.
