If you refuse the product (for other than damage): you have to pay actual shipping charges -the ones charged to our company and not to you-, both ways, and the 25% restock fee. Shipping damage: Customer must inspect the whole product before signing the receipt. In case of any missing part or any type of damage or any type of technical malfunction you have to take a note on the delivery manifest and email or fax us within seven days from the date of delivery. If you take the product and it's damaged you will have to arrange the inspection and the shipping with the shipping company. If you do not follow these simple steps you will have to pay for any repair. We will ship you an other one after the claim is settled. If you cancel the order due to damage you will have to pay the 25% restock fee. If there is any charge back initiated by customer after the sale of any of our products for any reason by default of customer than customer agrees to pay the $75.00 administration fee and all the legal fees in this matter. We have the right to issue an in-store credit.
