Mr. A.G. Logan, Jr. began installing heating systems in the Winston-Salem community in the late 1940's. In 1952, Logan Heating and Air Conditioning was formed when he established a dealer relationship with the Carrier corporation. Willis Carrier invented air conditioning and even today, Carrier is the largest manufacturer of all types of air conditioning equipment and systems. This partnership has lasted for over 50 years.
