When working overseas, LogiCore employees are receiving more than just a simple “thank you;” they are receiving personalized care packages at various times throughout the year. These individualized care packages are an expression of LogiCore’s gratitude to employees who work in a high-heat environment and live in less than ideal conditions. In celebration of Independence Day, LogiCore’s headquarters employees assembled care packages to show support and appreciation to our fellow dedicated employees in theater. The care packages contained an assortment of items such as foot powder, snacks, socks, disposable razors and games. The packages also included LogiCore branded items such as Army Combat Uniform pattern hats; lanyards; notebooks; mission, vision and value statements; and newsletters. In addition, LogiCore interns wrote letters to the employees as a way of saying “thank you” for the work they are doing overseas. “We want our employees to know that we are thinking of them,” expressed Rick Turner, Vice President of Operations & Strategy. “Sending these care packages is a wonderful opportunity to express our thanks to the men and women who are working overseas to support the warfighter.
