Mike Mustaine Managing Partner: Software Architecture mmustaine@logicdriven.com Mike Mustaine is a software developer and development manager with nearly 20 years of professional experience, including nearly ten years in the e-learning industry. Much of this time was spent creating commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products for vertical markets. His software has been sold in over 30 countries worldwide and has generated millions of dollars in revenue. He is the chief software architect of the Impression LCF e-learning development system. Prior to joining Logicdriven, Mike was the Software Development Manager for FPMI's Courseware, Simulation, and Training (CST) division and was responsible for leading the development efforts of programming staff at FPMI's offices in Orlando, Florida, and San Antonio, Texas. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University. Don Durie Managing Partner: Software Production and Design ddurie@logicdriven.com Don Durie is a software developer and graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in the e-learning industry. His work has led him across the country and around the world, providing solutions for companies in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He brings to Logicdriven a dedicated work ethic and a successful track record as an independent contractor. Don has been a student in the University of Central Florida's Digital Media program and at the University of Florida. Kris Shortt Managing Partner: Business Improvement and Strategy kshortt@logicdriven.com Kris Shortt has accumulated over 20 years of experience in program, project, configuration, quality, operations, business development, and business improvement management. This includes over 15 years experience in the reorganization of these and other groups to improve strategic objectives, efficiency, quality, and productivity. His primary business environments included Interactive Multimedia Instruction, E-Learning, SOA Enterprise Level Solutions, Computer Based Training, Classroom Design/Implementation, Simulator Development, and Electro/Mechanical engineering groups. With a tenure lasting over eleven years, Kris left FPMI (formerly StarMedia) as the Director of Operations of their Courseware, Simulation, and Training Strategic Business Unit (SBU) opting for an exciting emerging market opportunity with Logicdriven. As the Director of Operations for the CST SBU he directed and coordinated all activities of the organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximization of profits. This was implemented at multiple locations within the United States, including offices in San Antonio TX, Randolph AFB TX, Huntsville AL, and Orlando FL with a staff exceeding 150 employees.
