Our President has over 25 years of Mortgage Experience. As registered Mortgage Brokers with the New York State Banking dept., we arrange financing for 1-4 Family. co-ops and condos.All our business comes through referral sources. Our referral base continues to grow because we are known in the industry to offer hands on service. We are familiar, and sensitive, to the needs, of the professionals in the real estate/ financial & legal communities. We offer assistance to brokers, attorneys and accountants by keeping them in the loop. In the case of condos and co-ops, we prequalify the buildings simultanously while prequalifying the potential borrower.
