I was very impressed with the level of detail you used on the project which included the use of an engineer to survey the site and a Foundation Company to install support beams to provide support for the patio floor. I had gotten four bids on this job and none of the other contractors mentioned the possibility of the patio sinking over time with the extra weight of the roof.
