Vista del Rio and Lone Tree Farm, located in Waterford, California , is a 100 acre cross country course and equestrian training center located in a tree lined grassy basin next to the Tuolumne River. The course at Vista del Rio was designed and built by Bill Burton, noted national course designer and organizer of the Ram Tap Horse Trials. Vista del Rio has full courses, ranging from elementary through Training level, with over 125 cross country jumps. The facility has many Preliminary and some Intermediate efforts for schooling! Schooling this year is still only $25! BREEDING PROGRAM Bridon Beale Street (Liam), is a 10 year old Irish Draught stallion. Liam just earned a second place in Open Preliminary at the May Woodside horse trials. With over thirty years of experience training and competing through the levels of Preliminary (eventing) and Intermediare (dressage), Connie Arthur has been instructing horsemanship since 1973. She founded, owned and operated Lone Tree Farm in Oakdale , California from 1977 through 1997. Now both Lone Tree Farm and Vista del Rio can be found together near Waterford, California.
