He has established one of the finest veterinary hospitals by investing in new technology to stay on the cutting edge. He emphasizes good record keeping to insure that all clients' pets are kept current and conforms to all professional and legal standards.Dr. Keener is a 1998 graduate of Oklahoma State Veterinary School. She has practiced in Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas. Originally from Kentucky, she has 1 dog, an Australian Shepherd named Clara, and 2 cats, Jessie and Chester.
