"Bay-Tech Engineering contracted Long Electric in December 2007 to work on a new H2S Analyzer Shelter for the Tesoro Martinez Refinery. Under customer driven delays, Long Electric brought the job in on time. They also performed their work with great attention to detail and caught conflicts in the design before it affected the job time line.
