New Manufacturing Facility - Longacre is excited to announce the expansion into a brand new 51,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Our new site is located just up the road from Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington which will allow for convenient testing of new products. The building takes advantage of today's technologies and will house the Longacre machine shop, production facilities, and corporate sales and administration offices.Customer Service - Longacre has a high level of commitment to customer service. If you have a problem or complaint, PLEASE let us know. We honestly want to help. We will be polite and we want the opportunity to make it right. Just give us a call and we will work out the details right then and there.Limited Warranty Information - All parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of retail purchase. After inspection, parts returned prepaid to the factory with the original invoice, required as proof of purchase and date, will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned by UPS ground prepaid. If you need the parts returned by air service we ask that you pay the difference. Parts returned without the original invoice or proof of purchase will be repaired at nominal cost and returned COD. This warranty does not include incidental labor, damage to other parts, or personal injury. No warranty of fitness for a particular application is made due to the nature of auto racing. Warranty does NOT include damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or modification.
