Barbara is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Management with distinction degree from the University of Lethbridge in 1989 and began her career in public practice with Watkinson, Hanhart, Duda, Dorchak in Lethbridge. Barbara continued her work in public practice with various accounting firms in Calgary. In 1998, Barbara started her own business providing accounting services to professional accountants and small business. Barbara has worked with Longbow for 9 years.

Wiley is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, treasury, tax and corporate planning. Wiley began his career in public practice at Price Waterhouse. Wiley was previously Managing Director and CFO of FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and was subsequently Vice President, Finance and CFO for both public and private companies operating in the oil and gas industry.

Spur is a private company focused on conventional oil development along with low-cost, low-risk, low-decline, shallow natural gas. These are not glamorous assets, but they make money even in today's low-price natural gas environment, and are well-positioned to take advantage of any future increase in natural gas prices.
