The Hospitals' medical staff consists of 42 physicians and 10 allied health professionals, along with a staff of 130 caring and professional individuals. From specialty clinics to a bereavement support group; emergency services to physical therapy; an independent living facility to minor and major surgeries, Loring Hospital is dedicated to providing top-notch service in a new remodeled and renovated facility. Health Information Exchange. We participate in one or more electronic health information exchanges which permits us to exchange medical information about you with other participating providers (for example, doctors and hospitals) and health plans and their business associates. For example, we may permit a health plan that insures you to access our records about you to verify a claim for payment for services we provide to you. Or, we may permit a physician providing care to you to access our records in order to have up to date information with which to treat you.
